User Agreement
In effect from: January 29, 2020
1. Scope
These Terms describe how topstay-wise.com provides services and operates events. By using our services you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. How Bookings Work
Event bookings operate as follows:
- Reservations are made by phone or email
- We confirm once we receive a deposit of 30% of the package price
- We recommend reserving at least 14 days ahead to secure availability
- The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the event
3. Cancellations and Changes
Our cancellation and change rules are:
- Cancel more than 14 days before the event and your deposit is fully refunded.
- Cancel between 7 and 14 days before and you receive 50% of the deposit back.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Date changes may be possible by agreement with topstay-wise.com, subject to availability.
4. Rules at Events
All guests must follow these rules at events:
- All games and activities are for entertainment only.
- No real money is used; tokens have no cash value.
- Decisions by event staff or dealers are final.
- Everyone must treat staff and other guests with respect.
- topstay-wise.com may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, topstay-wise.com is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items not in our direct care
- Consequences of improper or disruptive behaviour by guests
- Delays, disruption, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure
6. Personal Data
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR. For how we use data and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by topstay-wise.com or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without permission.
8. Changes and Governing Law
topstay-wise.com may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply as soon as they are published on the site.
Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law.
